Our Buddy Leaders

At Science Buddies, Buddy Leaders play the important role of an educator, advisor, facilitator and care provider of all students. All our Buddy Leaders are carefully selected to ensure that they perform to fulfill our programmes objectives. In addition to careful selection, Buddy Leaders are extensively trained in Science Buddies Teaching Methodology to conduct all Science Buddies and Math Buddies lessons. 

In order to enhance consistency in approach and standards of our lesson, Science Buddies developed a full suite lesson plans, and teaching aids which would be used by all Buddy Leaders.

There is also a system in place to evaluate and monitor Buddy Leader performances and corrective actions are taken when necessary.
